General Terms.

Once payment has been received we have a next day delivery service, expect for Thursdays, which is sent out on Mondays, this is to avoid parcels being held over the weekend.

Upon receipt of delivery, contents must be checked for any damaged caused in transit, and MUST be reported to the delivery driver and then to ourselves within 24hrs.

Trade Descriptions Act

Every care is taken to ensure that all descriptions are correct

All items that have factory fitted leads, probes; mains leads, etc are sold with these intact.

Large items are dispatched by courier on overnight / next day delivery service, small items are sent by Royal Mail Recorded delivery, unless very urgent, then we send by Special before 1pm Next day delivery, at extra cost, all packaging and handling charges are included in cost of carriage, if you purchase multiple items there is only ONE packaging / handling charge.

By prior arrangement, Equipment purchased may be picked up in person.

Scotland, Isle of Man, Isle of Wight, Northern Ireland, depending on your post code, this affects the postage that you will have to pay.

Manuals are available at extra cost, as with all second hand items some manuals are not available, please enquire when ordering.

WARRANTY

All Test Equipment sold with a 30 day warranty. Except the Spares/Repairs section as these items are sold strictly as-is, all the units are complete, they are not missing tubes, knobs etc (unless stated).

CALIBRATION

Calibration can be supplied some for some items; either In-House or by an external Independent Calibration House (at cost) we also run a full time repair electronic workshop, with a fully qualified engineer.

VAT

VAT @ 20% must be added to all orders from within the UK, all orders outside the UK where this is applicable.

RETURNS

7 days right of return.

All returns must be accompanied by the original invoice number and brief explanation of the reason for return. No refund of original postage handling costs

Returns at the cost of sender.

Goods returned due to customer error may be subject to a restocking charge
